How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping takes 3-5 business days after processing. You will receive an email with your tracking number once item/items have shipped VIA FedEx/UPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES.

In an unfortunate situation where package is compromised, you would need to reach out to your local shipping provider and submit a claim for the package.

How long is processing time ?

  • Items "Ready To Ship" will be shipping within 24-48 hours.
  • Items that are custom orders take anywhere from 1-2 business days to 1 week processing time.

(Orders with 5 or more sets are subject to the 1 week processing time due to the fact the sets are handmade and tested for durability.)

What is the Return Policy?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Majority of our items are handmade an fit to an individual customers request. Therefore, items will not be refunded after purchase.

Is Pick Up an option?

  • The Pick Up option is only available for the Houston, TX area. We have 1 Pick Up location near The Galleria Mall.
